How does the booking process work?
It's simple: find a boat, select your dates, and send a request. The owner has 24 hours to accept. Once accepted, payment is processed and contact details are shared.
Can I modify a reservation?
You can request date changes by chatting directly with the owner. Any price adjustments must be handled through the platform.
What if the owner cancels?
If an owner cancels, you receive an immediate full refund and we will help you find a similar alternative boat.
Payments & Refunds
When is the payment charged?
A pre-authorization is made when requesting. The final charge only happens when the owner accepts the booking.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through our secure gateway.
Security Deposit Policy
The deposit is held on your card on the rental day and released automatically 48h after completion if no damages are reported.
Owner's Guide
Is it free to list my boat?
Yes, registration and listing are completely free. We only charge a commission when you get a booking.
Who sets the price?
You have total control. You decide the daily rate, weekly discounts, and extra costs like cleaning or skipper.
When do I get paid?
We transfer your earnings to your bank account 3-5 business days after the rental has successfully concluded.

How do you verify users?
We require ID documents and phone/email validation from all users before their first booking.
What insurance is included?
All bookings include basic civil liability insurance. We also offer optional full coverage and cancellation insurance.
